Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking to employ a Site Manager for various projects in and around London.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate energy and enthusiasm and who will contribute towards the continued expansion of our successful restoration business. Our position offers an excellent opportunity to broaden experience as a Site Manager within a supportive and dynamic environment.

➢At least 5 years relevant working experience ➢Highly organised ➢Contractual awareness
➢Knowledge of construction including restoration, refurbishment and finishing ➢Experience in managing contracts and sites

➢Excellent interpersonal communication skills
➢Excellent leadership qualities
➢Proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
➢Carry out such duties as instructed by your line manager.
➢Co-ordination of direct and sub-contract labour.
➢Ensuring overall quality control on site(s).
➢Ensure projects meet programme requirements.
➢Undertake administration and scheduling duties required.
➢All other duties which may be required for the smooth running of project(s) under your supervision.
➢Use your skills and knowledge to perform your duties to the best of your ability.
➢Health and Safety
➢Conduct Site Inductions and Toolbox Talks and maintain records
➢Maintain Health & Safety File and ensure that all necessary measures are in place.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £34,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
