Job Type: Part-time
Edinburgh Honey Co is looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team. We are a small, family-run business that produces and sells high-quality honey and honey-based products. We are looking for a young, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about customer service and has a keen interest in the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock shelves and ensure that products are properly displayed
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions
- Assist with inventory management and ordering products
- Assist with the production of honey-based products
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for customer service and the food industry
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Salary: £7.80-£10.59 per hour
