We help marketing managers make better strategic decisions, increase revenue, and lower CAC by providing advanced marketing dashboards as a service.

Current stage: 25 employees, 4 years in the market, great team and product (90% logo retention per year), 20+ clients.
We currently get most of our clients from personal networks and partner channels. The goal is to build outbound sales almost from scratch.
To do that, we are looking for a Junior Digital Sales Representative with relevant experience in digital or performance marketing. You will work closely with our seasoned US sales advisor to learn and grow in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Your primary responsibility will be lead sourcing.
- Set up first calls with 24 MQL per month → 12 SQL → 1-2 deals won.
- The founder will do the deal closing at this stage.
Requirements:
- Some experience in digital/performance agency or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of digital/performance marketing: ads, funnels, conversions, analytics, attribution, CAC, LTV, ROAS.
- Initiative and self-drive.
- Interest in evolving in B2B sales.
Terms:
- Full-time (possibly, part-time), remote.
- Employment via Deel.
- 1-month test period (full-time or part-time) and then a long-term contract.
- The goal for 3-6 months.

We offer a competitive salary range starting from $40,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience, along with monthly bonuses.
