Due to our continued growth and success we require a Junior Sales Consultant to join the sales team. The successful applicant will receive on the job training with a view to long term personal development. Knowledge of renewable energy is desirable but not essential.
Role and Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries and existing enquiries whether via telephone, email, post, web or face to face
- Utilize the in-house CRM system
- General office and sales administration
- Where necessary assign customer enquiry to the appropriate member of staff according to project size and complexity
- Support the sales team and wider company on a daily basis
- Communicating updates to clients
- Reading design specifications and technical drawings
- Participate in learning and development (including training) to achieve relevant knowledge, skills and understanding
- Any other duties reasonably requested by management
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products, systems and services
- Work on a day to day basis in line with the company’s core values

- Excellent communication skills, particularly on the phone

- Computer literate
- Experience of working in an office environment and willing to work out with the office

- Interest in renewable technologies, particularly solar energy
