What do we do?
Prime has an opening for a marketing management trainee to progress their careers in sales, marketing and business. You will receive full training for each clients in our 8-12 month programmer to becoming a Sales and Marketing Manager. Whilst training candidates will work across multiple departments such as; marketing, customer service, sales, recruitment, HR and brand management
What does a Junior Sales and Marketing role involve?
As part of this Management Training, successful candidates will be working amongst our marketing team to increase sales and customer acquisitions and manage promotional marketing campaigns. All candidates that rise to the occasion with endurance and stamina will reap the rewards of this fully performance-based opening. Further career advancement opportunities are available and will be further discussed during our interview.
Once fully trained, daily duties will consist of:
- Representing some of the leading UK brands with professionalism and poise
- Maintaining and generating relationships with existing and potential customers on behalf of the clients we work with.
- Meeting individual and team targets by generating customer acquisitions through B2B, B2C, events and residential campaigns.
- Creating marketing strategies to increase sales and customer acquisitions.
- Being a valued member of a rapidly growing Team.
- Training, teaching, and guiding our newest recruits.
- Managing marketing campaigns and handling sales across different demographics.
Successful candidates will be cross trained to learn customer service, sales, leadership, marketing, recruitment, HR and micromanagement.
We are looking for people who are driven, motivated and looking for a new and exciting challenge. Full training will be provided; thus no experience is needed.
Junior Sales and Marketing requirements:
- All candidates are welcome. However, previous successful candidates have held degree’s.in business,Law,sports and marketing.
- Must have a can-do attitude and passionate about working with people.
- Must have full- time availability Monday-Friday.
- We are looking for candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset seeking personal and professional growth
- This is not a work from home position. Successful candidates must be able to commute to our office in the Edinburgh. This opportunity also has a field type element to it.
