Memento’s roster of partners are growing and so an opportunity to join our in house photography team has arisen. This role is based full time at our HQ just outside Bugbrooke, Northampton.
As a Junior Retoucher, you will be responsible for delivering high quality imagery for our e-com channels. You will be working collaboratively with photographers ensuring that all work can be produced on time and to the highest possible standard and maintaining a smooth running of projects through the studio. You will need to be a very organised person, calm under pressure and possess excellent attention to detail and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Retouching high volume of images to the highest standard including removing background, colour matching, cropping, resizing and batch processing.
· Creating product mock ups.
· Maintaining organised folder structure
· Working closely with in-house photographers and design team.
· Follow existing set of guidelines for image consistency.
· Adapt to studio workflow and meet daily targets.
· Understanding the business needs and sense of urgency.
Required skills
· Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and MAC operating systems.
· Ability to work unsupervised and delivering assets to tight deadlines.
· Excellent attention to details.
· Strong organisational skills.
· Interest in video editing would be a great additional asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
