Are you searching for a Junior Regulatory and Compliance Officer role within an exciting and rapidly expanding business? All training will be provided, however previous experience within a regulatory and compliance focus business would be extremely beneficial. This is a fantastic opportunity for a to join a friendly team within rapidly expanding company with a market leading reputation. This Junior Regulatory and Compliance Officer will be ensuring products are in compliance with Medicine and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, Tobacco Product Directive, Classification, Labelling and Packaging /Reach Regulations.
Junior Regulatory and Compliance Officer Ideal Profile
- Previous experience working within a regulatory or a compliance focused position, such as cosmetics, pharma and food
- Any experience working with e-liquid vaping products would be extremely beneficial
- Degree educated in a relevant study field
- Knowledge of both UK and Euro labelling and packaging
- Experience working with third parties and suppliers ensuring they are compliant
- Have close attention to detail and are comfortable reviewing and documenting technical information
Junior Regulatory and Compliance Office Responsibilities
- Making sure products are in compliance with Medicine and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, Tobacco Product Directive, Classification, Labelling and Packaging /Reach Regulations
- Working alongside the company’s Compliance Manager to submit notification submissions, ensuring vaping products are compliant with TPD classification, labelling and packaging regulations
- Supporting the inhouse quality and lab teams
- Working with UK, EU, and global regulations, producing, maintaining, and updating Safety Data Sheets for all products
- Liaising with company suppliers and ensuring they complete monitoring forms
