Job description
Our client is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their Leicester office on a hybrid basis.
As the Junior Project Manager, you will continue your growing career by assisting in the successful delivery of the design, plan, development, and implementation of group wide projects using standard project and company process methodology, while ensuring client and internal requirements are met, and that projects are completed to plan and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- You must be able to communicate with all areas and at all levels of the company and develop strong working relationships with your key stakeholders. You will work with the IT, Development, Operations, Finance and Client Services teams group wide to effectively deliver all projects.
- You will assist in the successful management of the delivery of the design, plan, development and implementation of technical solution-based projects for high profile clients, with the ongoing support and mentorship of the Programme Manager.
- With the support and guidance of the Programme Manager you will be able to communicate with all areas and at all levels of the company and develop strong working relationships with your key stakeholders to effectively deliver all projects.

Technical experience required:
- Minimum 2 years on the job Project Management experience within IT, Development, Operations, Finance and Client Services
- Exceptional customer facing skills
- Experience in the delivery of small to medium sized projects
- Experience of working with internal departments and external vendors
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate effectively with all suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate a structured approach to working
- Well organised as well as being able to use your own initiative
- Commercially aware and committed to achievement of profit and cost objectives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make good judgement and analytical decisions
- Strong technical skills around software and infrastructure
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure. Committed to achievement of objectives
