RECEPTIONIST SOUGHT BY VERY SUCCESSFUL GLOBAL FINANCE BUSINESS
Successful candidate must have experience of working within a busy office and of working with personnel at all levels

My Client is one of the leaders in their field and they are now looking for a Receptionist who will also take on some office management duties
You will be -:
A self-starter with a flexible approach.
Able to effectively prioritise an ever-changing set of needs.
Professional in appearance, bubbly.
Must have a good telephone manner.

Duties for this role will include, but not limited to:
 Receptionist Duties:
  • Covering the switchboard, all incoming calls, handling enquiries and picking the line when staff members are away from their desk. Ensure messages are passed on.
  • Answering the door intercom, meet and greet for external visitors.
  • Refreshments for visitors / working lunches.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are clean and presentable.
  • Informing building reception of all guests visiting us.
  • Booking couriers and logging them onto a spreadsheet.
 Office Admin Duties:
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing post. Franking, taking to post box / post office.
  • Stock check for weekly groceries order for the kitchen, unpacking shopping each Monday.
  • Daily monitoring of the kitchen facilities, supplies, restocking the fridge.
  • Keeping check of Print and Post rooms. Ensuring printers, fax and shredder are in working order, toners and paper are stocked.
  • Calling out photocopier engineers when a problem arises.
  • Support with travel bookings: trains, taxis, flights, hotels.
  • Keeping track of stationary inventory.
  • Inputting business cards into outlook contacts.
  • Making sure First Aid boxes are stocked, any incidents to be reported (will be trained in First Aid/Fire Warden)
  • Assist with archiving.
 Additional Duties:
  • Support for team members and consultants with booking travel / visa etc.
  • Other ad hoc projects for members of the admin team for example:
 Adding all global email addresses to the London outlook system.
 Assisting with implementing the electronic filing system, scanning documents.
  • Any other additional administrative duties that might be required.
