Job Description


As an Intern, you’ll gain first-hand experience creating imaginative solutions for our clients and you’ll see your ideas become reality. You will be on a team with Engineering Interns and Product Manager Interns to develop a digital solution for a real client challenge. You will have the opportunity to learn how to unlock customer and business value through our integrated SPEED (Strategy, Product, Engineering, Experience and Data) capabilities. At the end of your 10 week internship, you’ll be considered for a full-time position that starts upon completion of your degree programme.

Your Impact

  • Lead the planning, estimation, and delivery of group projects:
    • Understand, analyse, and capture business and user needs
    • Plan, document, and implement the optimal team structure (roles, people, expertise) to ensure high-quality delivery, exceeding client expectations and achieving established goals
    • Lead Agile teams of Interns to deliver impactful work
    • Organise and lead ongoing team planning and retrospective sessions to identify key risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
  • Help foster a collaborative environment:
    • Collaborate with Engineers and Product Managers on your team to ensure that business requirements are translated into designs that fit the technical constraints, giving you exposure
    • Help resolve issues, risks and dependencies
    • Understand how to model, shape, and plan a project including Scope, Cost and team shapes
    • Coach and drive teams towards positive outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Working towards a BS/BA degree in business administration, business management, engineering, economics, or related area
  • On track to graduate Summer 2024
  • Considerable aptitude to analyse business requirements and define solutions to address complex business needs
  • Strong academic track record
  • Relevant leadership experience from community organisation involvement or previous employment

Desired Qualifications

  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and flex in a highly creative and collaborative multidisciplinary environment
  • Passion for all things interactive and digital
