What's happening?
We are looking for a for a Junior Project Manager to join our EMEA Data and Analytics hub; involved in delivering projects for the likes of Nespresso, Unilever, Tinder, eBay, Novartis, Sanofi, Roche, IBM and Microsoft to name a few.

What will you be doing?
- Ensure the foundations are maintained when it comes to department best practice such as templates, resources and documentation
- Draft SOWs, project budgets and timelines independently for review with SPMs
- Regularly track scope, budget and timeline on live work
- Prepare and present regular status updates of projects leading on for review
- Support the SPMs in implementing and maintaining financial / operational best practice with the department such as regular reporting and forecasting
- Proactively flag risks with project lead and/or client lead with suggested solutions as relevant
- Build and maintain client team relationships across practices
Who are you?
- Experience in reconciling time spent on a project
- Experience in managing various stakeholders and their workload through prioritisation
- Skilled on basic Excel formulas
- Work well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary number of teams
- Have excellent organisation and time management skills
- Be comfortable in ensuring the right processes are followed
- Interested in our analytical products and approaches
- Solutions-focused, able to drive a positive attitude within the team
- Outstanding attention to detail
