Pentest People are looking for a driven and organised individual to fit into our projects and administration team.
The ideal candidate will work with the project management team to help see projects through from post-sale to completion efficiently and effectively. Candidate with directly support project manager with duties, reporting and tasks.
We are looking for a proactive, organised and tenacious person who is keen to grow their leadership skills.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Coordinating multiple diaries
Reviewing documents and collecting information from clients
Undertake daily activities of the project management team
Ensuring projects are delivered on time by working with all internal teams
Ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are maintained
Use and develop leadership skills
Manage and maintain relationships internal and external
Develop spreadsheets and documentation
Take responsibility of assessments and see them through to completion accurately
Use initiative to help working processes as necessary
Carry out administrative tasks
Manage and analyse documentation provided by clients
Main requirements for the role:
A strong focus on customer service with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively internally and with clients
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent time management skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Analytical and creative problem-solver
Adaptability to different requirements and a desire to learn as new services are created
The ability to multi-task and deliver towards client deadlines
Good Excel or spreadsheet skills would be ideal, however not a fully required
