Overall Purpose of Job role
MUFG are looking for a talented individual to join their Infrastructure Business Support department within EMEA.
The successful individual will be responsible for providing Business support to asssit with strategic direction and objectives of the Infrastructure department. The successful individual will be responsible for supporting and delivering multiple Infrastructure BAU projects and reporting to support a series of initiatives to enhance continuous service improvement practices.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder and team relationship engagement
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Human Resources, Technology Resource Management, Procurement, Finance and Change Management.
- Managing monthly reporting and BAU backlog updates
- Project administration for large projects
- Manage and administer Jira and Confluence with latest BAU portfolio updates, project pipeline management
- Produce management information surrounding project health and delivery of progress
- Plan, manage and escalate risks/issues in a timely fashion to determine priorities and feed strategy
- Assist with the preparation of materials, documents and policies required to support the strategic direction and objectives
- Preparation and delivery of reports and material on behalf of Infrastructure Management teams including but not limited to H/O Reporting, Board reports and Town Hall material
- Support with the assessment and planning for future resource requirements with Team Leads based on demand pipeline and current performance. Collate and process resource requests for onboarding and extending Infrastructure resource
- Support with supplier relationship management, NDA's, supplier onboarding and SOW's management/coordination
- Raising of requisitions and PO's for Professional Services and Service Contractors

- Prince2 or APMP project management methodology and certification
- Degree educated of equivalent
- Strong IT skills with advance MS office knowledge and the ability to compile reports at short notice
- (1 - 3 yrs+) experience of successfully administration of full lifecycle complex technology projects *essential
- Demonstrable experience (1 - 3 yrs+) in multiple work stream delivery* desirable
- Experience (1 yrs+) managing or administration of IT Infrastructure projects* essential
- 3 - 5 years plus prior experience working in a fast-paced administrative role in a corporate environment*essential
