We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team. You’ll be a key player in making sure the work we do for our clients is right for their needs and delivered efficiently. You’ll also be part of our continuous process team, working out what we can do to better our project delivery as part of our project review process.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Be responsible for identifying – and meeting – clear project objectives and scopes
- Develop concrete, detailed plans for a project, including the schedule, the budget, outlining the duties of each resource, identifying project goals, and setting a timeline for the project
- Identify and actively manage project risks and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients
- Closely monitor your projects, making sure they’re on track, meeting deadline and coming in on budget
- Schedule and chair meetings to develop project plans and keep progress on track
- Regularly report on project progress, tailoring your reports to your audience ie senior leadership team project team and external clients
- Formally close and review projects post-completion, gathering and documenting all project results and presenting your findings to the senior leadership team
- Work closely with the Managing Director to support new project onboarding, supporting client-facing meetings and ensuring business goals are aligned with your plans
You’ll need to be:
- Detail-oriented and very organised
- Proactive and driven in your approach
- A great communicator
- Proactive in foressing potential disruptions to project progress and taking the right course of action
- Happy to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Confident in leading meetings with external clients
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experienced in working in an established Change Function: we’d like to hear from candidates with at least three years of working experience
