We here at Getronics have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join our team.
Someone who is engaging, organised with the ability to multitask, committed to timescales and able to build and develop relationships within the client organisation to ensure a positive customer experience.
You will have the chance to manage projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, managing suppliers and third parties. Working closely with the Technical Design Authority (TDA), operations teams, consultancy teams and the client to deliver the scope of the agreed projects.
Produce project documentation appropriate for the complexity of the project, this may include a schedule, RAID log, and meeting minutes.
Provide accurate and timely management information, reporting and forecasting to Senior Management
Identify and manage risks to project delivery in a formal manner, ensuring that they are effectively communicated to all stakeholders
What we expect from you:
We are looking for someone out-going, a self-starter! Dedication and passion in this business is key, there will never be a dull moment and not two days will be the same.
Ability to capture and publish accurate meeting minutes, and subsequently track and report on actions.
PRINCE 2 foundation certification or equivalent.
ITIL certification would be advantageous.
