- Manage end-to-end project pipelines for Stak jobs for the business.
- Attend daily stand-ups with the Engineering team.
- Coordinate with Digital Surveyors.
Role Context:
- We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our growing Stak team to plan and oversee all aspects of our internal projects.
- Your time will be split between organising people, tasks, and resources to bring about the successful completion of the project.
- You deliver projects according to agreed timelines and within budget, all while keeping both internal and external stakeholders up to date.
- Actively identify risks and barriers to delivery and resolve these quickly and efficiently.
- You are an extremely diligent and detail-orientated individual that implements appropriate project management systems and reports that are fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating project reports, highlighting any missing information, concerns and queries to be addressed to the clients or authorities.
- Generating reports as needed to assist in preparing proposals.
- Keeping an up-to-date report of the status of each job/project.
- Preparing and submitting data to DLD.
- Checking plans and spreadsheets.
- Checking plans for general structure and gross errors.
- Check field notes against architectural drawings.
- Coordinating with the field team to better understand the project and incorporate any notes in the submissions.
- Producing survey reports as per the authorities’ requirements.
- Checking JOPD plans are up to the standard:
Boundary definitions of units/villas.- Common area definitions and calculations.
- Unit entitlement calculations and other Spreadsheets.
- Volumetric plans and component plans.
- Determine common elements (shared areas) within a mixed-use project.
- Marking up plans according to the chosen legal structure.
- Checking GFA plans up to the standard.
- Producing spreadsheets and comparison lists as needed.
- Following up on the drafting progress of the project and advising management/client.
- Keeping up with deadlines.
- Following up with the clients and keeping the client up to date with progress.

Location and hours
- Full-time in our London Offices
- Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00
- Overtime may be required
