THE ROLE

Join a team that has grown from scratch to nearly 100 members over the past 4 years. In that time that have been over 20 internal promotions, with a fully structured career path to suit your ambitions.
This role is about laying a strong project management foundation for you to build that career on. You don’t need to be an expert, but you do need to have had some exposure to projects and/or delivery. Experienced project & programme managers are by your side day-to-day helping you learn the ropes.
You’ll work with huge government customers & corporate brands, supporting projects and eventually owning your own work orders.
Your core duties include:
- Delivering work orders to the Project & Programme management team
- Building relationships with stakeholders
- Learning project & programme management methods & process
- Managing risk
- Contributing to project & programme governance
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- You’ve worked in a customer facing capacity
- You’re either working directly in project management, or at minimum have been involved in projects/delivery of some kind
- You have either managed or worked alongside remote/virtual teams
- Familiar working with third parties and key stakeholders
- Commercial awareness/acumen

FLEXIBLE WORKING
BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
However, in the initial weeks the hiring manager would like you to be in four days per week. This is to build relationships within the team and accelerate your onboarding process.
