So, what do we need from you?
The perfect person will be a high energy, proactive, motivated Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager looking to make the next step up as a Junior Project manager.
In this role, you will manage smaller projects with lower complexity levels. Given you a chance to own your very own projects from start to finish. You will embrace standardisation and best practice, with a passion for delivering a world class customer service.
This role is perfect for someone who likes a fast-paced work environment, has a positive outlook, and understands that teamwork is everything! With the opportunity to work across multiple business areas, this role will keep the ideal person enthused and motivated.
What about Skills... what do you need to excel in this role?
- Prince2 Foundation or Practitioner certificate (or other recognised project management qualification)
- Previous experience of managing/coordinating smaller projects up to £30,000 is perfect for this role.
- Experience working to 8 week project cycles.
- Previous experience of working within an IT environment would be advantageous
- The ability to present clear and concise communication
- Quick learner, specifically within new systems
- A person who is confident at talking in front of customers and colleagues
- perfect role for an assistant PM ready for the next step up.
Lets talk about what you will be doing:
- You will be working on the lower level of complexity projects, giving you a chance to learn more about our systems and develop your Project Management skills.
- Plan Project timelines and communicate these to stakeholders
- Involved in customer review calls. Hearing feedback and coming up with potential solutions.
- Shadowing the Senior PM's to develop your skills and further your progression
- Coordinate booking of resources, third parties and partners. Checking calendars so that times are suitable depending on their personal situations.
- Project governance
- Produce Weekly status reports
- Proactively drive projects, raising issues that could affect success/
- Monitor project metrics such as budget, scope, risk and cross functional dependencies
- Work autonomously
- Keep up with a fast moving, varied workload

Salary: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
