We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and work closely with the Strategic Business Development Director in managing a multitude of different projects.
This role is integral to supporting the growth and development of Access Your Care and our associated brands, so we are looking for someone who is results driven and has a clear focus on setting objectives and improving outcomes.
This role involves project delivery from inception to launch alongside ensuring applied systems and processes are maintained. You must keep the communication flowing and work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders ensuring that assigned projects exhibit good planning, within budget and on-time.
- Junior Project Manager responsibilities:Effectively execute project plans to ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and meets the committed specification.
- Project administration to support the Strategic Business Development Director
- Create and maintain project documentation, such as project plans and reports.
- Make Project Management processes, templates, and tools for continuous improvement.
- Accurately maintain records and databases
- Manage multiple projects, simultaneously.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- A current Project Management certification (desirable)
- Have knowledge of the principles and methods of project management and practical experience managing a variety of projects
- A self-starter who is proactive with excellent attention to detail
- You will have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- A strong administrative background is essential
- Strong IT skills with detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams is essential
- Ability to report and communicate with people at all levels internally and external stakeholders
