A Junior Product Merchandiser is someone who knows how to build, select and deliver a strong range, test and trial, trade in season and drive growth in all our different markets.
You’ll need to be a total people person who enjoys working with lots of different teams across our business.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Help to select and manage our Womenswear ranges, balancing creative and commercial goals- Help Assign and understand product attributes to analyse ranges
- Understand trend analysis to translate trend to commercial big ideas, identifying the next big thing
- Support developing our assortment and pricing strategies
- Partner closely with our Design and Marketing teams for all our channels
- Track competitive product information, selling prices, size of range, newness weekly/seasonally and product launches, making relevant recommendations to the Product Merchandiser Manager
- Be able to analyse sales and trade, identifying opportunities and where we can mitigate risks
THE EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Excellent product sensibility with a strong affinity for Womenswear product- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- High degree of organizing with particular attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills
- Resourceful, efficient and takes initiative
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
