The ideal candidate will be punctual, hardworking and have experience using accounting software and performing basic accounting duties.
Responsibilities
- Reception - handling incoming client inquiries with strong levels of professionalism
- Accounts Receivable
- Data Entry
- Cloud-based filing system
- Make Reservations
- General administrative tasks, as required
Requirements
- Proficient using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient with Quick Books
- Must have strong multi-tasking ability and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer skills – ability to quickly learn software and relevant uses
- Work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary: £33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
