The role
We are looking for someone who is driven, intuitive and has a passion for technology to join our newly established Product team as a Junior Product Manager. You’ll be working alongside multiple teams in Netpremacy assisting to define, develop and deliver quality products for the business. Our head office is based in Leeds, however, this role can also be performed remotely from your home.
The role consists of supporting the product development lifecycle from start to finish for our Commercial, Delivery and Customer Services departments. Your focus will initially be on end-user and internal-facing products, which will then expand into the technical space of Google Workspace. An understanding of both the technology and requirements is crucial to set out clear deliverables, ensure standard consistency, and test the product for purpose.
There will be exposure to a variety of technologies, with a primary focus on Google Cloud, that have a rapidly growing feature set that you will be expected to maintain strong knowledge of.

- Support and/or manage the product development lifecycle
- Host departmental sprints/iterations
- Assist in the creation of packaged solutions
- Update and maintain existing products
- Assist with or own the quality control phase of products
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation
- Build end-user communications and launch packages
- Capture and present ideas for new products .
Other elements may include
- Write articles and blogs to help promote our brand
- Attend and participate in events, typically hosted by Netpremacy or Google
- Attend training courses and take certifications to support the ‘Premier Partner’ status of the business
Requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Drive, intuition and problem solving mindset
- Attention to detail or experience with quality assurance
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Computer literate and confident learning new technologies
- Self-reliant with a strong capability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
Desirable skills:
- Experience as a Product Manager or Owner
- Experience with Google Workspace or other cloud applications
- Experience in change management or communications writing
