Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00 (37.5 hours)

Metricell is growing and we’re looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Commercial Division. As a Junior Product Manager, you will assist in defining product requirements, build, maintain and communicate Metricell’s product roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with the UI/UX Designer to bring products to life and ensure developers have the required inputs to implement the Product Management Team’s vision.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify customer needs and product opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services in order to stay in-touch with our product USPs
- Assist in defining product requirements and help build, maintain and communicate Metricell’s product roadmap (more details here: https://www.metricell.com/products)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as project management, sales and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with the UI/UX Designer to bring products to life and ensure developers have the required inputs to implement the Product Management Team’s vision
- Ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of product requirements and that all team members are aligned with the product vision and goals
- Participate in customer demos, sales enablement activities, and product training to ensure successful product adoption
- Manage product lifecycles and identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion
- Monitor product performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
We require you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field (or relevant demonstrated experience)
- Self-starter with the ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels both externally and internally
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Keen interest in all thing’s technology and willing to get hands on
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- 3 years UK residency and work history to undergo security clearance
Desirable but not essential to the role:
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, sales and marketing, business analyst or related field
- A knowledge of telecoms, mobile networks, selling into Government
- Proven success in product strategy development, product launch, and product lifecycle management
