We recognize that to deliver the best products and features for our customers, we need to work together effectively as a healthy, high performing team.The Junior Product Designer role reports to the Product Design Lead and works closely with Product Owners, other Product Designers and Development team.The successful candidate will be responsible for discovering and designing best in class customer experiences across the product estate.We are looking for a Product Designer to work on various products we develop for our customers - ultimately, you will help us build products that are easy to use and visually appealing. For more information about Landbay please visit our website: https://landbay.co.uk/about-us Key responsibilities: Understand roadmap objectives in your areas of responsibility and be able to frame your work to relate to long-term product goals. Always start design work by understanding customer and business problems first. Apply design thinking to gather insights and derive actionable solutions. Sketch ideas, design concepts, and create prototypes to gather feedback from product users. Articulate clearly the rationale for your UI/UX decisions. Improve the design of existing products. Document your files and effectively communicate your designs so engineers can implement them (with some support). Desired Skills & Experience: Essential Portfolio of design projects documenting case studies. Have a good Knowledge of UX tools and methodologies. Be up to scratch with Figma auto layout and keep files clean and organised. Able to create clickable prototype interactions to present and test your designs. Have excellent time-management skills. Growing attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs by diligently following our design system guidelines. Great eye for design, demonstrating good use of typography, colours and layouts. Understand information architecture and consider the spatial relationships between items to structure the page based on hierarchical importance. Desirable: Proficient with ADOBE creative suite. Motion design skills are desirable. Location and Logistics Position is based in Victoria, central London, reporting to Product Design Lead. We have a Hybrid working pattern of up to 3 days working from home.
