Production is key to PCA the best content factory in the world. Ideas are great but without make it happen’ people, they’re nothing. As Junior Producer you’ll be totally confident working across all touchpoints in the consumer journey. Our brands need to be working with a digital first mindset, you’ll help deliver that.
In this role you will, of course, be responsible for total rigour when it comes to project delivery; timings, costs, deliverables – always on time, on budget and at great quality. But you will also be viewed as a key member of the creative team – bringing brilliant partners to the table, having in depth knowledge about what’s going on in the world of production, social media and tech and having a great eye for what great really looks like. You will be supported by the Content Production lead, closely to together. We need people with a never say die attitude, who can work with budgets of £5k to £200k. All in service of one thing; making the work great, not good.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on many projects across all our brands; from product design to seasonal campaigns to brand defining purpose comms. The fact that we have 7 brands in our family means you will never be bored and will learn loads – as well as teaching us.

The role you’d play:
- Researching directors, photographers, illustrators, animators and other potential production talent – bring them to the table both for live jobs but also as speculative talent for our creative teams to be aware of.
- Creating timing plans, budgets, and managing project deliverables including usage fees and licensing – working with Content Production Lead and legal as support.
- Scope stills, film and integrated projects with support from Content Production Lead.
- Working with in-house studio and external production partners
- Communicating with brand teams, creatives, suppliers.
- Support on shoots.
- Creating estimates, POs, and managing invoices.
- Building production documents for key meetings.
- Scheduling production meetings, writing meeting notes and following up on agreed actions.
- Delivery against media plans and toolkits with support from content production lead.
