- Support process engineering team for the development of innovative new products on pilot and industrial scale, support industrial trials assuring that protocols are followed.
- Works cooperatively with manufacturing staff assuring flawless handovers from research to production.
- Support process engineer on definition of methods of manufacture, support developing programs to ensure manufacturing systems are in control and capable of meeting specification.
- Issues documents to communicate methods of manufacture and reports on outcome of industrial trials, provides relevant information for the assembly of technical dossiers.
- Supports plant quality programs focused on continuous improvement of existing industrial processes, and resolution of quality issues related to product manufacture.
- Participates in external trade organizations to assure the company stays informed of potential legislative or regulatory changes that could impact current and future manufacturing operations.
- Maintain close cooperation with Development Chemists, Quality Assurance/Auditing, Third Party Manufacturers, Supply Management and Production staff.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to demonstrate a “can do” attitude and desire to continuously improve.
- Have the ability to work as part of a team.
- Have an enquiring mind.
