Description
As a Junior Physiologist, you'll be available to our customers either remotely or on site to deliver health assessments. Part of this role will include gathering information for potential next steps to refer to wellbeing sessions, health coaching programmes or mental health support networks. In this rewarding, varied and fast paced role you'll be part of our health and wellbeing service offering onsite and remote health assessments, and health promotional activities to all of our key clients.
We're looking for candidates living in London and surrounding counties. You'll spend four days on the road focussed on client delivery either onsite or remote and one day dedicated at home for administration. What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for the delivery of onsite and remote health assessments in line with clinical governance and care pathways, to a high level of quality and professionalism.
- Co-ordinating logistics of onsite activities inclusive of transport, accommodation and stock control.
- Be part of the CRM ecosystem by carrying out chase calls to eligible employees.
- Adhering to the clinical care pathways and escalation protocol when required.
- Delivering additional wellbeing services and creating content as required.
- Keeping knowledge up-to-date through continued research and learning.
- Maintaining CPD in line with the implemented CPD programme.
- Maintaining confidentiality in line with Data Protection Act (DPA).
- Administrative duties to include delivery of communications, stock management, clinical waste collection and expenses.
Working Hours & Shift Pattern: You'll be working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. At AXA Health, we appreciate the importance of a work-life balance, so talk to us in the interview if you require any flexible working adjustments.

Qualifications
- Degree educated in Sports and Exercise Science, Health Science, Public Health or relevant study.
- Experience of delivering health assessments or have knowledge of clinical measures.
- Highly customer focused and organised, with strong attention to detail.
- You'll have the ability to demonstrate empathy and will be confident in making decisions when required.
- Excellent communicator, with a proactive and positive approach.
- An understanding of workplace wellness, wellbeing strategies and interventions.
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. You must also hold a full clean driving licence and have access to a car for travel between sites.
