Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and creative Junior Paid Social Executive to join our team at Tradectory. You will play a key role in the conception and delivery of impactful social ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and TikTok, to deliver B2C sales and B2B leads. As a Junior Paid Social Executive, you will be working alongside an experienced and dedicated Paid Social Manager to drive exceptional results for our clients whilst growing your paid social expertise.

  • Strategy - develop a strategic understanding of client’s goals, KPI’s, and how to grow client’s online presence and revenue.
  • Audience Personas - learn how to storyboard key target audiences and build ads around them.
  • Content Writing - enhance your ability to write engaging ad copy for each stage of a marketing funnel.
  • Campaign Optimisation - develop a comprehensive understanding of everything from optimisation goals and bid strategies, to identifying bottlenecks in your live campaigns.
  • Data Analysis - dive deeper into data to discover behavioural trends, demographics, customer engagement and more to build bespoke Paid Social campaigns.
  • External Support - attend regularly scheduled 1-1 sessions with Meta Marketing Pro’s and Linkedin professionals for additional guidance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Participate in forming effective Paid Social campaigns and lead their launch.
  • Carry out landing page audits to identify issues with client websites.
  • Proactively collate marketing assets for upcoming campaigns across Paid Social.
  • Write briefs for creative content that will fuel your campaigns.
  • Oversee client accounts on ad platforms, ensuring conformity to rules and monitoring budgets.
  • Implement optimisations on live campaigns to ensure ROI is maximised.
  • Update client websites when necessary to assist with new product launches.
  • Produce and analyse monthly reports to better understand the progress of clients Paid Social strategies.

  • Has the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to brainstorm ideas and improvements to client strategies.
  • Someone who can be a champion for Paid Social within the agency.

Skills & Experience

  • 1 year or more experience in a Paid Social role, ideally in an agency.
  • Experience working with tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent ability to manage own time and juggle priorities.
  • Competent in the use of Google Suite apps.
  • Basic understanding of HTML is a bonus.
