What We're Looking For
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Junior Operations Manager to join our Customer Success Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our global Customer Success team is equipped, enabled, and optimized to support our customers during a period of rapid growth and scale.
You will be empowered to own, build, and shape the strategy and tactics that drive the effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer Success team and Deel overall. If building a fast growing business excites you, this is the role you’re looking for.
What You Will Do
Build and Scale - Demonstrate a strong understanding of Deel products & services as you develop and operationalize the Customer Success organization for scale.
Own - Lead large cross-functional projects to prioritise, develop and launch new features, internal tools and processes.
Optimize - Organize and analyze customer and product data to identify and implement improvements, including designing and implementing processes, workflows, and automations.
Impact - Drive change, efficiencies, and maximize the effectiveness of the Customer Success team to deliver greater value to our customers.
Requirements
1+ years’ experience in a Customer Success Operations, SalesOps, or RevOps role in a high growth B2B SaaS environment.
A high degree of ownership over your work, you enjoy “getting your hands dirty” by digging into complex operations.
Strong analytical aptitude and effective project management skills.
Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions.
Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate and drive change across a variety of stakeholders including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Experience with software and tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Vitally (or other CS software), Looker (or Tableau/other BI tool), JIRA, Excel, Figma, Front and more.
