Job description
Purpose of the Role: Providing support to senior staff in a variety of tasks to release senior staff for more strategic tasks.
Key Role Accountabilities:
Accountability will include (but not be limited to):
- Cleaning and uploading data into the ledger via our proprietary software
- Assisting with bordereaux production and credit control queries (where appropriate)
- Business analysis (for new tools or changes to existing systems) and testing changes
- Process analysis and documentation
Qualifications & Experience:
We are looking for a school leaver (or recent graduate in an analytical discipline) for whom this will be a first or second job. While any insurance experience will be useful, it is not a requirement. Curiosity and the willingness to learn will be the keys to success. In return, the candidate will work directly with senior staff in the operations team, who will provide mentoring and support as needed.
Person Specification:
Adaptability, a can-do attitude, an analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn on the job are what is required. The candidate should be able to work in a team and with others across the business so a pleasant manner and people skills will be useful. Curiosity and the confidence to question things that don’t make sense is also a critical part of the role.
