The role of a Junior Network Surveyor
As a Junior Network Surveyor you will be responsible for carrying out in person surveys of our planned network routes, taking into account potential environmental and health & safety considerations. You will produce detailed reports and liaise with the design and build teams to aid the smooth rollout of our full fibre network. As part of your role as a Junior Network Surveyor you will identify suitable connection and cabinet locations along the planned route.
You’ll know how to…
- Use GIS based software, experience with QGIS would be preferrable
- Produce precise reports with a great attention to detail
- Work with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Identify the best routes for network construction
- Use your understanding of FTTP methodologies and design
