Job description
We are a fast-growing competition company based in Torbay and looking to hire a passionate individual who loves to engage with people on social media.
The right candidate will be able to engage on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and utilise other social media channels to help grow the business.
You’ll run full control of our social media strategy and channels with a focus on growth and engagement.
To be successful within the role, you’ll need to take responsibility and ownership of tasks, adopt a strong commercial mindset, build effective working relationships, have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to work on multiple tasks within a fast-paced client-focused working environment.
Your responsibilities will be:
> Managing and developing the businesses social media strategy
> Creating, editing, and posting content and video using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva that prompts engagement and achieves conversions
> Develop the user's social media journey and understanding customers' profiles and segmentations within Digital Marketing channels
> Reporting on website traffic, engagement, user behaviour, campaigns and other KPIs.
> Ensure that all administrative work is completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail
> Management of ad copy strategy & optimisation
> Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Previous experience should ideally include:
> Creating and running social media campaigns
> Understanding of Google Analytics
> Clear reporting skills
> Photo editing for social media content
The right person should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
