- Implementing, managing and supporting network solutions in a demanding 24/7 environment
- Incident resolution, requests, changes and problem-solving activities delivered to agreed SLA
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
- Anti-Virus software
- Firewalls
- LAN cabling
- LAN/WAN Switches and Hubs
- SMTP Edge Gateway
- VPN concepts
- Public sector/charity background (essential)
- Wireless networking concepts
