Role Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a specialist to join our busy processing team. The ideal applicant is a self-starter, who is eager to learn and can work off their own initiative.

Primary duties & responsibilities include:

• Completion of the accounts based on the received information from various entities
• Identify key trends involved with the timely payment of claims exploring external actors that contribute towards outstanding debt

• Dealing with patient, insurer and client queries via phone or email while maintaining a high level of professionalism, providing precise and accurate information

• Liaise with management to improve efficiencies by providing accurate and timely data for our clients and service users
• Ensuring all standards regarding claims processing are met

• Establishing and maintaining good client and hospital relationships at all levels
• Reviewing medical data with high attention to detail to ensure flawless workflow and efficient process
• Assisting with the preparation of reports to clients, superiors and for other internal purposes

• Attending and participating in training, also assisting with the training of new team members

Role requirements:

• A minimum of one years' office-based experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Capable of picking up new systems quickly

• Organised and hardworking with a strong telephone manner
• Team player with the ability to build relationships with members of the team
