Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

JAK Construction is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on position that will support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and be willing to learn quickly. This position will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Manager to execute various marketing campaigns and projects. This is a part time position for someone who we would want to grow into the role and in the Long term be full time within the company and grow this area for us. This would be a remote position but would meet with members of the team a few times a month.

Responsibilities:
·Manage social media accounts for the company
·Assist in the creation of digital content for company social media pages, including but not limited to, blog posts, emails, newsletters, social media videos, etc.
·Assist in the creation of digital marketing materials for company events and promotions such as flyers, posters, etc.
·Assist in the creation of digital marketing packages for clients and internal teams as needed.
·Assist in the creation of marketing materials for internal use such as brochures, event handouts, etc.
·Assist in the creation of marketing videos for internal use such as videos to be used on social media pages or training videos that are used on YouTube or Vimeo.
·Assist in managing website content including but not limited to updating website content and updating website design. Assist with website maintenance and troubleshooting. Assist with website maintenance and troubleshooting. Assist with website maintenance and troubleshooting. Assist with website maintenance and troubleshooting. Required Experience:
·1-2 years of experience in a similar role required (preferred)
·Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required (preferred)
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills required (preferred)

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: From £16,000.00 per year
