Junior Market Insight Researcher
Permanent, Full time / Part time
Location – flexible (Mostly home based, meeting approximately once per Quarter)

About the role
As Junior Market Insight Researcher you’ll conduct and support relevant and timely competitor and company level research and analysis to support a wide range of commercial activities within the Business Development and Marketing teams, and across the wider BECCS programme. You’ll support in presenting company research data, including financial data, to be used across the team to enable strategy development, targeted marketing campaigns and delivery of KPI’s. You’ll also support in customer segmentation research including analysing data across the customer journey, customer profiles and potential sales leads to justify trends and best practice activity.
This position will mostly be working from home, with a requirement to meet with the team approximately once per quarter.
About you
You’ll have the ability to carry out lengthy periods of complex research and the ability to interpret that into easy-to-follow guidance packs. To do this, you’ll need to be naturally inquisitive, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for researching. The ability to translate market research into actionable intelligence is required. Ideally, you’ll have a commercial mindset, with organisation and self-motivation. Experience with quantitative and qualitative research including use of appropriate tools and techniques is required.
