Junior Management Accountant | Permanent | Hybrid | £50k
We are recruiting a Junior Management Accountant on behalf of our client based in St. Albans to work alongside their award-winning finance team! Flexibility with hybrid working following a successful probation period and you need to be qualified more than AAT for this role.

The responsibilities:
- Support the Preparation of management accounts for our group entities, including preparing Income Statements, Balance Sheet, cashflows and other financial documents for analysis in accordance with FRS102
- Support the consolidation process
- Help to maintain, document and support testing of our control environment and develop any remediation plans required with our compliance department Respect all deadline including the month end / year end close deadlines
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, preparing month end journals including: o Salaries, depreciation, FX bank revaluations etc
- Preparing accruals and prepayments.
- Maintain Fixed Asset registers and updating depreciation file for FACoordinate and maintain Inter-company cross charges and transactions via a matrix.
- Support AP and AR teams
The skills:
- Actively studying for a recognised accounts qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA
- Advance excel knowledge
- Willingness to advance career to the next level!

- Working to tight deadlines
- Able to communicate at all levels
- SAP Business One experience would be an advantage
