We're recruiting for a Junior Line Chef to join our 2 AA Rosette seafood restaurant Hook by Martin Burge here in the beautiful Cotswolds.
Family owned and part of the Small Luxury Hotels collection, here at The Fish Hotel we serve stunning, sustainable Cornish seafood in a luxurious rustic woodland setting on our 600 acre Cotswolds Estate - it's the perfect place to escape city life and breathe some fresh air into your career. Working in our 2 AA Rosette kitchen, with a team of long-serving, hard working, friendly and organised chefs, you'll get to learn from the best.
We offer an excellent salary of up to around £32,500 (£29,328 per year, plus service charge).
