Our office is a stone’s throw from Borough Market in the heart of Southwark’s thriving Bankside, our welcoming and diverse team are working on some of the most prestigious and innovative projects in the UK and across the world.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised individual to join our legal team in London Bridge and provide efficient administrative support to the team. You will need to be hardworking, proactive and have excellent attention to detail. You will have excellent organisation and time management skills and able to work accurately under pressure.

Main Duties include:

  • Corresponding with clients, Project Manager’s and Directors via email and telephone / MS Teams
  • Checking and recording Notice of Assignments and TPR’s
  • Preparing final document folders
  • Chasing final documents signed by all parties
  • Sub-consultant documents – preparing, checking, and organising signatures
  • Document management and maintenance, including:

Drafting, formatting, proof reading, printing, scanning, filing, archiving etc

o Quality control of documents

o Arranging for documents to be signed, scanned and returned (use of Docusign at time) o preparing documents and exhibits for disputes


  • General administrative duties – travel & diary management expenses, timesheets, organising / ordering stationery, post & couriers etc
  • Legal document reviews and sending comments
  • Liaising with Insurers
  • Liaising with Accounts Department including queries for novation documents
  • Updating the intranet with insurance certificates and other legal documents
  • Insurance certificates and questionnaire requests – internally and externally

Although we’re happy to consider applicants with more or less experience, you’ll ideally have and these characteristics:

  • Excellent client care skills - the ability to deal with queries from internal and external clients in a professional and polite manner
  • Excellent organisational skills - the ability to take responsibility for own tasks and prioritise work in a calm and efficient manner
  • Demonstrate proactivity and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Highly developed time management skills - the ability to work to very tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy
  • Highly developed communication skills - the ability to communicate in a confident and professional manner with people at all levels within the business
  • Demonstrate flexibility/adaptability in meeting internal and external clients' demands - in both the nature of the work undertaken and working additional hours as required to complete the task(s)
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and a 'can-do' approach
  • High levels of IT literacy in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly developed administrative skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure
  • Deliver high-quality, accurate work whilst managing and responding to changing and competing priorities
  • Take all necessary steps to ensure you are aware of correct procedures.
  • Maintaining inquisitive, collaborative and vigilant work habits, keeping abreast of changes and developing more efficient work processes.
  • You have understanding of professional standards and need for confidentiality
