Our client, an outstanding global law firm are now looking for a Junior PA. The Junior PA will work closely with other team members to offer professional assistance to fee earners within the department. The ideal candidate will have a few years’ experience in a similar support role within a law firm.

Key responsibilities:
- Pro-active diary management
- Organising meetings across multiple time zones, booking meeting rooms, providing necessary documentation, and organising catering
- Acting as a first point of contact and gatekeeper for fee earners via telephone and email
- Document and file management, including scanning/photocopying/printing
- Distributing post and arranging couriers where necessary
- Travel arrangements including booking flights and hotels, organising currency, visas, vaccinations and creating itineraries
- Drafting and preparing letters, emails, pitches, and presentations
- Working closely with other PA’s and mentoring junior members of the team
- Building professional relationships and liaising with clients
- Organising and attending events
- Supporting with the billing for the team, including preparing bills, processing expenses and invoices, attending WIP meetings, and timesheet entry
Experience and skills
- Experience in a similar Team Assistant/ Legal PA / Secretary role within a law firm
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with fee earners at all levels
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Ideally the Junior PA will have some experience with diary and inbox management, Legal billing, and travel arrangements
- Strong IT skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
