Key Responsibilities
Primarily you will proactively engage customers and respond to their needs to deliver quality service, revenue and EBIT in line with our strategic objectives.
- Proactively maintain product knowledge expertise ensuring you understand Breedon’s products and are able to recommend the best solutions to customers actively upselling and cross selling where appropriate.
- Proactively follow up customer enquiries to conclusion - driving conversion and understanding the reasons behind lost quotes and growing sales.
- Actively participate in delivery of Customer & Commercial Excellence initiatives ensuring that new ways of working are adopted and embedded within the business.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to build rapport quickly
