SUMMARY OF ROLE
We are offering an Internship opportunity for a Junior Admin Assistant to join our great team, help provide a friendly, client-focused support service with relatable, timely and practical support to fee earners.
DETAILS
Full time – hours of work are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and up to one Saturday in 4 (preceding Wednesday off in lieu of any Saturday worked).

Our Head Office and Administration Centre is based in Nowton, Bury St Edmunds. We also have offices and meeting centres in other locations in Suffolk with plans to open more. We’re a dynamic, expanding firm with a great reputation.

Specific Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Communicating with colleagues to ensure exemplary service is delivered
- Updating client database as required
- Making appointments and keeping diaries
- Answering and dealing with queries, both face to face and via the telephone, take messages accurately and pass them on to the relevant member of staff
- Scanning, photocopying, faxing
- General file management; filing documents and correspondence both electronically and physically
- Dealing with any administrative tasks required by colleagues
Required Skills:
- Well organised and able to prioritise;

- Ability to work under pressure
- PC proficient especially in Microsoft Office
- Full driving licence
Experience/Qualifications Required:
- A Levels at Grade C and above
- GCSE minimum Grade 6 (B) in English and Maths
