What you’ll be doing
- Providing IT support and assistance to all Clarify employees
- Diagnosing, repairing, troubleshooting and maintaining computer and software systems
- Monitoring and responding to IT support tickets
- Prioritising fixing for end users
- Setting up kit for new starters
- Building out new systems
- Ensuring the server room is well maintained
- Deploying new software
- Account Accreditation
- Asset Management
- Windows Networking
- Supporting our IT Manager on maintaining the efficiency and optimal performance of various hardware / software systems and applications
- Assisting users with installation
A bit about you
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position would be ideal
- Excellent self-discipline and flexibility
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail
- An understanding of computer systems and networks
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
