Junior IT Support Officer
Full time position – 37.5 hour per week –Salary £22,500 - 25k pa

We are seeking an individual who is excited about technology and wants to pursue a career in the IT field. As a Junior IT Support Officer, you will work alongside a team of experienced IT professionals to provide technical support to our staff and maintain the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide technical support to our staff and help them troubleshoot any IT-related issues.
- Configure, install, and maintain hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain our network infrastructure.
- Perform routine system checks and updates.
- Assist with the implementation of new technology projects.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of our IT assets.

- Possess knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
