The Role
We’re looking for Junior IT Field Engineers to join our growing team.
The details:
- Provide remote and on-site installation/configuration of services for business customers.
- Provide customer-focused technical support and maintenance to our business customers, working to agreed quality standards and service level agreements.
Key technical skills:
- Knowledge of hardware support, including installation and basic troubleshooting of enterprise networking equipment.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
Other skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience, both verbally and in writing.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about IT.
- Excellent organisation, task prioritisation and time management skills.
What do I need to apply?
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Familiarity with PBX/VoIP/SIP systems.
- Familiarity with WiFi technology.
- Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper, CompTIA or equivalent entry level IT certification.
