What you'll do
- Resolve ad-hoc 1st and 2nd line desktop support issues.
- Manage support requests via Jira ticket portal, email, telephone & slack.
- Provide IT support for internal and remote users.
- Active Directory tasks including user accounts & groups.
- MS Exchange tasks - creation of user mailboxes, shared mailboxes and distribution lists.
- Provision Laptops and accounts for new starters.
Who you are
- Experience of a 1st line desktop support role
- Knowledge of Office 365 suite – (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint).
- Knowledge of Windows 10 & Windows 11
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing technologies - MS Azure & MS Endpoint (Intune)
- Experience of building, maintaining & provisioning of Laptops
- Awareness of IT Security
- Experience of using Call Management system - Jira
- Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
- Happy to get involved with resolving any issues that arise
- Able to support people at all levels of the business
- At least 2 years’ experience of a 1st line desktop support role
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of VOIP Technologies
- Experience of Mobile Device Management
- Willing to learn and develop your career
