Junior Human Resources Business Partner (m/f/d)

We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our HR team and interested in growing and developing professionally.
Your Tasks:
- Partner with the management team of the business unit supported
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on the resolution of people issues
- Advise on and encourage local decision making, whilst maintaining site wide consistency on specific elements such as reward, retention, work performance, absence management etc.
- Support continuous improvement projects for site and UK HR
- Implement Corporate initiatives (e.g. new grade structure)
- Support the development of the site culture and ZF guiding principles to drive employee engagement
Your Profile:
- Degree qualified with minimum 4 years HR generalist experience preferably gained within a professional engineering or technology organization
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage with and influence a wide network of stakeholders, locally and globally
- Comprehensive Employment Law knowledge and experience
- Experience in project management an advantage
- Experience in dealing with MS Office programs and SAP SuccessFactors
