Job description
We are looking for an ambitious, curious and empathetic individual to join our fast paced international organization within our HR Team as an Apprentice. As this is an apprenticeship, the successful candidate will work towards gaining their CIPD level 3 Certificate in People Practice.
Reporting directly to our HR Manager and working closely with the rest of the HR team, you will provide valuable support in our busy global business during a period of significant growth. This role will suit someone from a similar SaaS/tech environment or any other fast paced industry, but we are equally open to a school leaver, or someone changing careers and looking for their first HR role. We support teams across the UK, US, Australia, Singapore, Poland, South Africa, and the Netherlands.
You will be responsible for day-to-day HR administration tasks, this includes:
- On-boarding of new hires including contract creation
- Off-boarding leavers including exit interviews
- Answering HR queries through our ticketing system Zendesk
- Payroll queries and change requests
- Candidate interviews
- Day-to-day administration of our HRIS Hibob
- Administration of our UK and international benefits
You will be able to assist with work across varied projects. These HR projects could be anything from employee engagement, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity initiatives or developing our processes and policies further.
Our HR Team will provide you with training and support although you will need to be a curious and confident self-starter, with empathy and a willingness to learn. You must demonstrate an aptitude to work in a collaborative, fast paced business. An incredibly high attention to detail is essential. You will also benefit from our wider HR Team and peers; we are a tight knit team and enjoy supporting each other.
The role is based between our East Croydon and London Bridge offices with some home working.
