Job description
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for supporting our team in developing and executing creative solutions across a variety of mediums, including digital and print. The varied nature of the role means you will be able to develop your current skill set. The Role is mostly remote working from home with contact via teams and an expectancy to travel to sites on a somewhat regular basis.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of various creative materials such as website designs, social media graphics, print collateral, and social marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the Head of Creative to execute design concepts and ensure consistency across all projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with brand guidelines and objectives
- Create, refresh and evaluate social media output, using the data available to justify decisions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- An understanding of motion graphics is preferable but not essential
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Wordpress is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and a passion for design
