Position: Junior Graphic Designer
Location: Chandlers Ford (office-based)
Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)

The Role:
Our Marketing department are an integral part of the company, working closely with the sales team to generate new business.
We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and work on a variety of projects, including brochure designs (for digital and print), social media graphics, mailshot designs, video graphics, building brand consistency and much more. You will be supported by our Lead Graphic Designer and the wider Sales and Marketing team.
About you:
You will be a enthusiastic, team-player who is passionate about design and keen to develop your skills and experience within our small but dynamic team. You will be driven and creative and have the confidence to contribute new ideas to improve our business model.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- We would prefer minimum of year experience in a graphic design role
- A strong portfolio of work, showcasing various skills
- Confident in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Strong attention to detail
- A clear passion for design
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience with print design (desirable)
- Video graphics (desirable)
- Previous experience of designing for B2B (desirable)
